All others should contact their insurance carrier directly to inquire about using out-of-network benefits. In this case your insurance company may reimburse you between 60-80% of your out-of-pocket expense. We are happy to provide necessary billing statements.
For self paying clients we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover AND Flex/Health Spending Accounts (Flex-spending/HSA cards)
